Over the past two and a half years, Creative Ports<\/em> has internationalised the cultural and creative industries in the Baltic Sea region. For more than half of the time this had to happen under pandemic conditions. The final event responds to this situation as a hybrid conference. Taking place both online and on site in Szczecin (Poland), we want to show that even in times of Corona exciting and interactive events are feasible. Join us on 07 September.<\/h3>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”7253″ img_size=”full”][vc_single_image image=”6769″ img_size=”full”][vc_column_text]After two eventful years, the Creative<\/span> Ports project is coming to an end. Throughout this time, the project team has developed learning modules <\/span>and<\/span> piloted internationalisation tools. Moreover, they prepared recommendations to further support the cultural and creative industries in the Baltic Sea region. <\/span>W<\/span>e <\/span>a<\/span>t REM<\/span> are very proud of the excellent cooperation and of the progress achieved.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Hybrid conference for Creative Ports<\/strong><\/h6>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]To present the project\u2019s results and to celebrate the great teamwork, project partners and guests from the cultural and creative industries and beyond will now come together for a <\/span>hybrid final conference<\/span><\/a>\u00a0\u2013<\/span> some on site at the <\/span>C<\/span>astle <\/span>O<\/span>pera in Szczecin<\/span>,<\/span> and others in front of their screens at home or at the office. As has often been the case in the course of the project, REM Consult helped to structure the coordination of the event. <\/span>Hybrid conferences, as one and a half years of pandemic have shown, need to be well prepared. We at REM coordinated various virtual and hybrid project events, such as for MAMBA<\/a>. As a result, we understand that good hybrid events are more than simply setting up a camera for livestreaming. To make the hybrid model a success for this Creative Ports<\/a> event, REM is assisting with the moderation of the virtual component of the conference. In addition, our tasks include agenda and storyline development as well as participant management.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
