A lively project development spring
In the first half of the year, the REM team supported project applications in the funding programmes Horizon Europe, Interreg Baltic Sea Region, Interreg Europe, Interreg North Sea Region, Creative Europe and Interreg Germany-Danmark. May we also support you with your project idea?
The transition between the funding periods 2014-2020 to 2021-2027 is characterised by many novelties and key defining moments for project actors: Several funding programs have new requirements and rules, be they serious changes or just gradual further developments. In addtion, the first calls for project submissions were launched and even some submission deadlines were changed during the application process (this happened, for example, in the Creative Europe programme due to the Russian attack on Ukraine). For this purpose, consortia for cooperation projects are set up, intervention logics are designed, activities are defined, budgets are calculated, administrative inputs are organised, texts are written and much more. Our employees have supported project developments in four different funding programmes and are currently developing project applications in two other funding programmes.
While Horizon Europe has several application deadlines for different calls throughout the year, the Creative Europe program plans with only one project call for European cooperation projects with a correspondingly large response and competition. For the Interreg Baltic Sea Region Programm, which has been a priority for us for years, we supported project applications in all four priorities (innovative societies, water-smart societies, climate-neutral societies, cooperation governance). Building on the successful project and financial management in RUMORE, we have now also accompanied the development of an application for the new Interreg Europe Programm programme. In addition, we are happy to support our project partners in the ongoing project developments for the Interreg Nordsee-Programm and Interreg Deutschland-Danmark and to submit applications together with them.
