Interreg NSR: project developments

We at REM Consult keep our fingers crossed for the applications in the second call of the Interreg North Sea Programme.

REM Consult supported the application for two project developments in the 2nd call of the Interreg North Sea programme.

On behalf of the Dutch program “Programma naar een rijke Waddenzee” and the lead partnership of the Université de Bretagne Occidentale, REM Consult coordinated the submission of a full proposal in priority 3.2 “Enhancing protection and preservation of nature, biodiversity, and green infrastructure” and the concept development of a project to reduce light pollution in the North Sea region.

In priority 2.4 “Promoting the transition to a circular and resource efficient economy”, REM Consult supported the Senate Chancellery of the City of Hamburg and 8 other partners from the North Sea region in submitting an “Expression of Interest” and developing a project outline for the implementation of BIM – Building Information Modeling – in the construction sector.

We wish our clients from Germany and abroad as well as their consortia good luck in the funding decision (to be expected in March 2023). If successful, the projects will contribute to a more innovative, better connected and more sustainable North Sea region.
